On January 8th we walked across the bridge to Nuevo Progreso, Mexico with our friends Peter and Margaret. There is no interaction with any kind of immigration or customs when you go in, but coming out is a different story.  We wandered in and out of a few stores and pharmacies and then went for lunch at Red Snapper. Where are we today ? La Posa West Quartzsite Arizona          Nothing like being here in the desert, lotsa room to roam, real quiet, maybe a bit of road noise, but we could eliminate that by moving further from the road.we have a beautiful sunrise this morning        The reason we like this area is, we are right here, can walk or ride our bikes to lotsa vendors. We know from experience when to go to the dump station so we conserve real well. There is lots that we like to check out. Another great Florida day in Frostproof, mid 70's in temperatures with some sun! Great day to have visitors. Mary and Terry live up in Gravenhurst, where Judy and I used to live for 10 years. We retired from our jobs in Gravenhurst. Mary worked with Judy out at the local Federal Prison, called Beaver Creek. They both kind of act like they been locked up half their life! (just kidding...) Terry recently retired as well, selling his share in a Company that bottled lots of water, and dealt in Coke Products. They both are really enjoying retirement, especially Terry who had some recent health challenges. It was sure great to see them, as we had not seen them for a while. We have been getting comfortable here in Dade City. Our park is really nice, all the roads are paved, there is a nice pool (if it warms up enough to use it!), all of our neighbors have been super nice and there is a large club house where the park hosts events. They have clipboards hanging inside the club house where you can sign up for different events. I decided to sign up for a golf outing for this morning. Rudee dropped me off at the golf course and I was able to hook up with a couple of the other guys. Clyde and Lee were my partners and we all three hit it off right away. I was pretty nervous since I had not played a round of golf in 15 years! Pam and I left Seal Beach, CA and returned to the FamCamp at March ARB in Moreno Valley, CA.  It was a two hour ride and we had no problems (e.g. red 'Stop Engine' lights) at all.  The Roadrunner ran great and it was an uneventful and quite comfortable ride.So we spent the day with Bob and Sue in Redlands and basically 'hung out'.  Which is always fun to do.
