Bill and I are back in Yellowstone!  We pushed to get here on Sunday, before Monday's predicted windy and snowy cold front.  After a couple of long travel days, once we got set up in our site we just relaxed for the rest of the afternoon.Here we are in our site...we might look a little lonely now, but give us a week, and we'll have plenty of neighbors.  It's hard to see, but we are backed right up the Yellowstone River.  Not a bad place to spend 6 weeks or so.  From our rear window yesterday afternoon, we watched a small herd of bison on the other side of the river.  On Monday we headed into the park.  Yes, it was cloudy and windy and snowy, but that is just typical spring in Yellowstone. We saw lots ...Read more...
