From the site: Channel Surfing With Gas - Deception Pass
Our first destination in Washington State is Deception Pass State Park. It is north of the Seattle area and borders on three lakes and Puget Sound. We didn’t have reservations but lucked into getting spot 2, which is an unreservable site. We really liked this one as it was one of the more private sites, surrounded by large trees and we had a view of Cranberry Lake. After the nightmare drive we had, this was a good spot to unwind for a few days. After setting up, I went for a walk to relax by the water.
