Late yesterday afternoon after our nine-mile hike, we went into Cumberland Gap for an early meal at Nothins Perfect/Pineapple Tea Room & Coffee Shop. I knew Linda wasn't up for putting together dinner and I'm not sure we had much to choose from. I was also pretty sure that we wouldn't go back out if we went home first. :) It was a weird time of day, so we were patient while we waited for someone to acknowledge us at the restaurant. Eventually, one of the owners greeted us and told us it was their usual "limited staff" day and they, therefore, had a limited menu. It was Taco Tuesday and tacos were our only choice. No problem.
