It was a warm, foggy morning here at the Raccoon Valley Escapees RV Park. With a short driving day today, there was no rush. We both got showers and packing up to leave was easy. Linda had the inside ready in a matter of minutes. I dumped tanks and disconnected utilities, and we were pulling out in mid-morning. We took I-75 south to Knoxville, picked up I-640 east around the city, and hopped on I-40 east for about 15 miles before taking exit 407 onto Winfield Dunn Parkway ("the Parkway"). From there, it's about 10 miles south to the River Plantation RV Resort. The total trip was only about 42 miles.
