Between our two trailers we’ve spent a total of 1,530 days on the road and never had a dump station incident. Well yesterday we roll up to the Dateland Travel Center to use the free dump. We didn’t see a sign so we entered from the wrong direction. That was ok, because we were able to scope out the two dumps and then turn around. Brian sets up, business as usual, while I go inside the trailer to use the bathroom. When I come out I hear him say “We have a problem.” I immediately think something is wrong with the trailer, but it was actually the sewer hole. It was full.
