We slept with my window open Tuesday night, and by Wednesday morning around 6 it was down to 54 inside the bedroom, but we were toasty warm under the covers. Next to rain on the aluminum roof, there is nothing sweeter than feeling the night air waft over your face as you sleep.....at least for me. I love being in a place where you can have the windows open day, or night....it means we have found that sweet spot of temperature and climate.We had just one modest goal for the day, to drive over and see the iconic "Horseshoe Bend"......just a few miles southwest from Glen Canyon Dam.
