Jekyll Island CampgroundJekyll Island, GAAfter 6 long months workamping in Florida,we finally get to have some fun!Today we hit the road around 10:30, driving north around 176 miles.We pulled into Jekyll Island Campground around 2 pm.It was an easy drive around Jacksonville, and the weather was great!The campground is an older one, with huge live oaks shading everything.It is very crowded for a Monday,we were surprised that the campground is full!We have a great FHU, pull-through site, B9.Because of all the trees, we don't have satellite,but there's great free WiFi and cable in the park.A great couple that we met at the RV Dreams rally in Franklin, NC,Kathy & Paul Anderson, decided to meet us here this week.We've been keeping in to ...Read more...
