When traveling to central Oregon from eastern Washington, we frequently stop at Maryhill (Washington) State Park, the extremely popular 99-acre RV and tent camping park with 4,700 feet of waterfront on the magnificent Columbia River in Klickitat County. The park sits just inside Washington on Hwy. 97 between State Route 14 and Interstate 84 (Exit 104) in Oregon. “It is considered one of the premiere state parks on the Columbia River for camping, swimming, fishing, windsurfing or simply for relaxation,” according to the Free Guide to NW Camping.com.
