An Rving review of Buck Creek State Park and C J Brown Dam in Springfield Ohio The C. J. Brown Dam is located at Buck Creek State Park in Clark County Ohio. The nearest Interstate is Interstate 70. I’ve found that although most State Parks are similar they each have one thing that makes them stand out from the others. The thing that stands out the most to me with Buck Creek State Park is the use of the paved bike path and the walking trails. Yes, many parks offer trails and paths but with Buck Creek they are actually being used. To me this is a sign that it is well patrolled and secure (safe).
