It’s been awhile since I’ve posted about my morning runs. I’m still doing them (very slowly) but more often than not I’m running loops around the campground or, when I’m lucky, a trail in one state park or another. However, right now I’m in Cody, Wyoming for a few days and my morning runs have served as little daily adventures. I love exploring a new place while running. I always end up turning down streets I would otherwise have ignored and finding funny little shops and pieces of art I would have just zoomed by in the car.
