Our final adventure in Canada was a drive up the Icefields Parkway. This incredible road travels 144 miles past mountains, lakes and glaciers on a route between Lake Louise and Jasper. We started from our campground in Banff and didn’t make it the whole way to Jasper. Instead we stopped a little more than halfway to Jasper at the Icefield Center where we took a walk to the Athabasca Glacier. It was a long drive, made much longer by the amount of times we stopped along the way. These photos are in order of the stops we made on the way up, and then back down the road.
