It’s been 6 days since I last blogged which is probably a record for me. It’s mostly because I’m holed up in the Airstream working while Brian is out shooting campgrounds. Yesterday we went on a 2 mile hike on the Thumb Butte Trail in Prescott, AZ. The hike is a loop, so you can go clockwise or counterclockwise. We went clockwise. The first half of the trail was paved and the assent was pretty steep. Some hikers passing us on their way down commented that we were “brave.” Uninformed perhaps, but not brave. The descent was a gradual dirt trail. Overall, we enjoyed the walk including the benches along the way. Dinner Last Night: Spring Farro Salad with Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette.
