The morning of June 10th rolled around and it was time to lift our jacks and leave the Portland Oregon area. As mentioned in the last update its bitter sweat. It’s always nice to see family & friends but it’s also nice to leave and get back on the road. And obviously it tougher for Diane to leave. But her mom is doing fine health wise, her brother John has sold his house and found a new home where mom can move into with them, so everything is rolling in a positive direction. At least that makes it a little easier. I told Diane’s brother that we would hang around if he thought we could help in any way but in reality what could we do, pack their sock drawers??
