After two months nesting at Timber Valley SKP Park in Sutherlin, Ore., we have moved our recently acquired 30-foot 5th wheel ‘mother pod’ into storage, putting her under wraps for several months in an Expedition RV Cover purchased from RV Cover Kingdom online. For this season’s snowbird trip south, we’re traveling in our 2005 10.2 Northern Lite truck camper sitting snugly on our 2001 F350 diesel Ford. Once again we are traveling light, this time without our Wenonah Champlain Canoe. For gadding about on land, we are carrying our bicycles–my red, transportation Breezer and Jimmy’s newly purchased blue, folding Bike Friday. – Julianne G.
