Longtime blog readers know that I have not been a big fan of the Rio Grande Valley, the Texas RV mecca that is home to thousands of Winter Texans. But I have to admit, our stay here at Pleasant Valley RV Resort in Mission has me rethinking my previous position on the place. We came to visit our friends Ron and Brenda Speidel and Jim Lewis, who have park model homes here, and have found a whole new group of friends and more activities than we could cram into a week. This place has something for everybody! It has full hookup 50/30 amp big rig RV sites with concrete patios and paved roads.
