From the site: Aluminarium - North Shore Bay Campground
As some of you know, I don’t really get out much during the week. On Monday we went out to dinner to celebrate our “dating” anniversary, but otherwise I’ve been working in the trailer looking at this view from our site at North Shore Bay Campground in Buffalo Bill State Park. There are a LOT of bunnies at this campground, Curtie even forgot a few times that he’s an old dog and tried chasing them. Favorite Dinner This Week:Kale White Bean Farro Salad. It seems like I’ve made many variations of this salad, but this one we particularly liked.
