Bryan Texas, population of about 77,000,is the county seat of Brazos County and lies immediately adjacent to the larger College Station Texas (home of Texas A&M University). When we first moved to this part of Texas Bryan was a small town with a dying downtown district. Over the years the downtown area has undergone major revitalization and has finally turned the corner to become a really cool little town and a neat place for a stroll. Our stay in Bryan and College Station has been a bit stormy as it seems to be raining every other day if not more. We have been dodging storms and rain since we arrived but have managed to sneak in a lot of visiting of friends as well as visits to places we enjoy including downtown Bryan Texas.
