I’m real close to wrapping up my next book and Miss Terry is almost finished her latest weaving project. So yesterday we put them both on the back burner and went kite flying instead. Hey, when you have wind, why waste it, right? The Long Beach Peninsula has a beautiful 28-mile long beach that is a playground for beachcombers, sand castle builders, kite flyers, horseback riders, runners, joggers and walkers, plus any other outdoor activity that you can think of. You can even drive on the beach, though overnight camping is prohibited.
