It’s been almost a month since Curtis has appeared on the blog, and as usual, he wasn’t interested in looking at the camera. The old guy is one month shy of 15. His appetite has been great though his joints are pretty rickety. His walks are pretty short, though he still loves to stop and smell the bushes. Dinner Last Night: This past week we’ve had a bunch of veggie bowl dinners. 1/2C of a grain, 1/2C of a bean or lentil, the rest veggies, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, avocado etc. For seasoning we’ve had either a squeeze of lemon or this yummy tahini sauce.
