With our month at Pleasant Lake RV Resort in Bradenton finished, yesterday it was time to hit the road. We were up by 7:30 and puttered around the motorhome for a little bit before getting things ready to go. Whenever we’re going to be traveling, Terry puts the passenger and driver’s seats in the proper position, and stows as much as possible the night before. We left Pleasant Lake at 10 a.m. and took Interstate 75 north to Interstate 4 in Tampa, and then followed I-4 northwest to U.S. Highway 27. From there it was just a few miles north to the Orlando Thousand Trails preserve, which is actually just south of Clermont.
