We relocated from Tucson, AZ to Cocoa Florida in March of 2015. That was our first cross country drive in the RV. We had some interesting experiences along the way. Our final destination was Bar Harbor, ME to workamp at the Bar Harbor Oceanside, KOA. We decided that we should stay at some KOA’s on the way from Florida to Bar Harbor. Each of our lay over’s was for one night and I did make the reservations in advance on line. The first KOA we stopped at was Savannah South KOA off I-95 in Georgia. The campground is very close to I-95, very easy on/off which is especially nice when driving an RV with a tow vehicle. We were escorted to a nice site facing the lake.
