We made the short drive over to Moab, Utah and pulled into Spanish Trails RV Park around lunchtime (nice that they take Passport America in June). Bad luck strikes us though and our CRV battery has died and the car won’t start. A fellow RV’er nearby offers us a jumpstart and the first order of business in Moab turns out to be buying a new battery instead of hiking right away. We found a great locally owned shop (Clarks Parts Plus) where I was able to buy an already charged battery. The fellow behind the counter said they sell a lot of batteries in town so they keep them charged. Great so with a new battery in the CRV we head over to Arches National Park where we purchase a new annual pass for $80 and drive into the park. All I ...Read more...
