On our way to Colorado, we made a pit stop in Dickeyville, which is located in Wisconsin just a few miles before we crossed over to Iowa. There’s not much going on in Dickeyville, but they do have a very cool Grotto. The Grotto was built between 1925 and 1930 and while neither of us is religious, we really admired the beauty of it. While we were there, I snapped a quick photo of myself in a gazing ball and was surprised at how colorful it turned out. Usually I discard photos of myself but really liked this one!
